Returns/Refunds
Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, packaging, and resalable condition.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item. *Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider.
Non-refundable Items:
- Earrings: Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on earrings.
- Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
- Plating and Wear: Please note that natural wear and tear, including fading or tarnishing of plated items over time, is not eligible for refunds.
- Gift Cards
Return Process:

- Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping service.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
