Ensure correct address entry during checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in additional reshipment fees.

Shipping Method and Timeframe: As of now we ship exclusively to the United States using USPS. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after shipping for USPS Ground Advantage. We do offer upgraded shipping options to choose from at checkout. 

• Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. However, made-to-order items like rings can take up to 5 business days to craft and ship.

• Tracking and Updates: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination during checkout. Automatically get free shipping over $40.

 

Local Pick-up is available in Saltillo. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup along with the pickup address.
